![]() By 1980, Pete de Freitas joined as the band's drummer. The original line-up consisted of vocalist Ian McCulloch, guitarist Will Sergeant and bassist Les Pattinson. Also I get ~90 more DPS □.Echo & the Bunnymen is an English rock band formed in Liverpool in 1978. It's pretty consistently possible to earn close to this running Advanced encounters, except there is almost 0 risk, almost 0 effort, and much less time involved. And I guarantee I spend no more than 60 - 90 minutes total grinding the encounters for the story (not factoring in travel time through high/low, which is totally AFKable and therefore fair to treat as 0).Īnd if one is buying stories the risk is higher (due to the fact that that 150M could theoretically be spent on replacing or improving a ship) and the payout is half, working out to about ~36M/hour including bounties. I don't have that sort of time to run missions unfortunately, and I can sell the story for 150M in the time it takes me to travel to Jita (~3 minutes), so the cost/time investment definitely favors my approach. I watched the beginning that video and when the dude said it took 5 hours to complete Bad Hare Day, my immediate thought was "hard pass". This is one of the you-tubers I have been following and have had a lot of success with my prophecy because of it. Update: to give further clarification to my suggestions about the prophecy the following video is a good example of the fitting in action. With the drone setup i mentioned I can run a MWD constantly without hurting my cap. In short what I have found for BCs like the prophecy is they lack the speed for close encounters so should aim for being as far away as possible which usually puts them right where they run best. Perhaps someone can suggest further options for it. Painter really stops the fast frigates pretty well.Īs far as the drake is concerned I have not personally piloted it but I believe the range principle applies as well from what I have been told by people who have. You may also want to consider a 4th drone amp and got 2 large group armor repairs and a target painter. ![]() And yes 3 the benefit does outweigh the penalty. Low slots are usually 3 drone amps and a armor rep and a MWD. No necessity for Nos as you will never be in range. In addition to that the typical t10 story mission fit is two med missiles and 1 large. Running a web or warp scramble solves the issue really fast assuming they even get within range. I have never had an issue with nor have I lost any of my drone ships to elites. Also to the player who posted that some drones can’t hit some elites, you need to get it webbed. The further out you get the better the performance and survival. The prophecy for example in high end ratting and story missions relies on range. The main point in all of this is comparing two ships that have different performances types. 7x medium rapid missiles (tried normal but small stuff took too long to kill, regardless of additional ~130 DPS) Prophecy - cold DPS = 648.94, actually cap stable with everything runningĭrake - cold DPS = 620.05, says it's cap stable but it's not Please see below and let me know your thoughts. Also, probably flying the Drake wrong too-just dropping it at 0km and running all modules, like I do with the Proph. I recently picked up a Drake and am underwhelmed by how it compares to my Prophecy, so I'm betting I'm fitting the Drake suboptimally. I fly BCs to grind Advanced encounters to sell stories to fit PVP ships to lose doing poorly at PVP. All associated mid/low module skills are at least 5/4/0 too. I'm 5/4/0 in all medium drone and medium missile skills, 5/5/0 in Drone skill per se, and 5/4/0 in all BC skills. I wasn't able to find a similar post so I figured I'd make one.
